Effective from 7:00 A.M. on the date shown below, the Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing, LLC purchase price per barrel shall be the price set forth below after application of all adjustments to base price, including adjustments for gravity and transportation where applicable, provided, however, that these prices are subject to change without notice and subject to applicable law and regulations and to Coffeyville Resources' Division Orders and other contracts.
