1. How do I contact Coffeyville Resources Owner Relations Department?

There are many ways to communicate with the Owner Relations Department at Coffeyville Resources. Please provide your owner number, property number, and/or social security or tax I.D. numbers whenever contacting us.

3. When does Coffeyville Resources issue revenue checks?

Coffeyville Resources issues checks on the 18^th of the month following the production month. If the 18th falls on a weekend or holiday, Coffeyville Resources will issue the checks on the preceding business day.

An owner must accumulate a minimum balance of $50 for a check to be issued. However, an annual check will be issued in December for any accounts over $10. Payments less than $10 will be remitted when production from the lease ceases or when Coffeyville Resources is no longer the purchaser of production from the lease. You may choose to reduce the minimum payment to $25 monthly and/or less than $10 annually by contacting Owner Relations with this request.

4. What should I do if I did not receive my check?

Due to potential postal delays, a revenue check may arrive a few days late on occasion. If you have not received a check within 10 business days from the date of issue, please contact Owner Relations so the check can be voided and reissued on the next payment date.

5. How do I change my address?

For security purposes, a change of address will not be accepted over the telephone. Mail or fax your name, owner number, Social Security number, old address, new address, phone number, and signature to us at the following address:

6. I lost my check. How can I have the payment stopped and have the check replaced?

Please contact Owner Relations with your name, owner number, and the date of the check to be replaced, and we will take care of it for you.

7. Does Coffeyville Resources offer direct deposit for my checks?

Yes. Coffeyville Resources offers direct deposit for your convenience. We will mail your remittance information on the 15th of the month and the funds will be deposited into your bank account on the 20th of the month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the deposit will be made on the preceding business day.

8. I have direct deposit and I have changed my bank account. What do I do?

To change the banking information for your direct deposit payments, please fill out a Direct Deposit Authorization Form with your new information and mail it to us at the following address:

9. Can a check six months or older be cashed?

Coffeyville Resources does not place an expiration date on revenue checks. However, please contact Owner Relations prior to cashing a check more than six months old to verify that the check has not been voided.

10. What should I do when an owner of record dies?

The requirements for ownership transfer due to death vary by state and are dependent upon whether or not the decedent had a will. Contact Owner Relations and the appropriate instructions will be provided. The interest may be suspended pending receipt of appropriate transfer documents.

11. What documentation is required for a name change?

If you are an individual, you will need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree reinstating your maiden name, or other documents relating to your name change.

If you are a company or corporation, you will need to provide a certificate of name change with verification of your tax ID number, or your certificate of merger with verification of your tax ID.

13. How can I verify that my 1099-MISC was for the correct amount?

Coffeyville Resources generates 1099-MISC forms to record payments made in the prior calendar year. Since checks are issued the month following production, the production months on the 1099 are for December of the year before the payment year, through November of the payment year.

The Kansas Oil and Gas Resources Fund was created by the Kansas petroleum and education marketing act (K.S.A. 2006 Supp. 15-1625 through 15-1635, and amendments thereto) to improve the image and credibility of the Kansas oil and gas industry.
