CVR Energy petroleum businesses now include: Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing, LLC, which operates a 115,000 bpd refinery in Coffeyville, Kan., Wynnewood Refining Company, which operates a 70,000 bpd refinery in Wynnewood, Okla., Coffeyville Resources Crude Transportation, LLC, and Coffeyville Resources Pipeline, LLC.
